John Ryerson - President

John has 25 years' experience in the automotive industry, having held all senior positions within the dealership including general sales manager, fixed operations manager, and GM. John is passionate about the car business, and has the retail success to prove it. He has a gift for challenging dealership personnel to change, and the understanding of what change is necessary.

As the creator of the two software programs Ryerson & Associates Limited offers to the automotive industry John has shown his grasp of what makes things work in the automotive industry and how they can be successful. The experience gained through years of applying his knowledge in consulting days and training sessions across Canada helped when he built his own dealership.

Having worked in and on dealership success for himself and others John gets excellent feedback on everything he takes on.

ASSOCIATES

Ron Furlong, CHRP - Senior Consultant
Ron is a Certified Human Resources Professional. A human resource and management consultant for 20 years, Ron has developed and implemented a comprehensive performance evaluation system to assess automotive dealership management positions. In conjunction with this, Ron developed and implemented a competency-based model for reviewing Dealership Management Team's business success strengths. This project assessed 100 + dealerships.

Ron has held senior positions with the financial and banking industry. As project leader on several national and international programs, responsible for project flow and key content deliverables, he has proven his ability to produce quality results on time. As a senior assessment designer and Certified Human Resources Professional, Ron is responsible for any HR-related project.

Ed Raine, CA - Senior Consultant
Ed brings financial accountability to a project. With 20 years' experience within the dealership environment as Secretary/Treasurer, Controller and Fixed Operations Manager, he brings remarkable vision to any project he undertakes. Through his analytical ability, Ed is a leader in CRM initiatives within the dealership environment.

With extensive knowledge of dealership operational software such as ADP or R & R, Ed can extract essential data that most dealerships were unaware existed, or that they have not been using to best advantage. His ability has positioned him as Results senior data analyst; he has conducted numerous in-dealership analyses for the purpose of CRM and business growth strategies-with outstanding results.
